Shortly before the turn of the third millennium the EDF's outpost on Pluto is demolished by a gigantic alien battle cruiser, the evil commander Makara making Earth aware that unless they hand over the mysterious F-01 that they can expect the same fate, but their own data banks fail to find any reference to the elusive F-01. Nobody including all the earthlings has a clue of F-01. Makara suspects Lamia might know something. So she set up a trap on her. But, Makara’s evil plot to assassinate Lamia with monstrous mantis like cyborg made by Mad scientist Caliban. It fails to kill Lamia but when Dr. Benn saves her from cyborg’s attack, he injures and dies soon after. Dr. Benn reveals the secret X-Project before he takes the last breath.

Now, Setting into motion the secret X-Project – the X-Bomber – to tackle the superior force of Imperial Alliance, on their journey their passenger Lamia reveals that she believes herself to be F-01, with as yet to emerge supernatural powers that would allow her to rule the universe. In the battle-cruiser of Imperil Alliance, , the commander Makara dares to counter attack to X-Bomber With half the crew doubting even a tiny success . Sadly, Makara’s last attempt is shuttered by Lamia’s supreme power and Makara's tyranny ends once and for all, discovering the secret of F-01 in the process. Lamia merges Halley and the two transform into one supreme power of the universe. Then, the Imperial Master and his fortress planet is shattered into pieces and disappear in the vacuum. She is the savior of the universe. Shiro, Barry and Lee sail X-Bomber back to earth.
